At Anthony Architecture LLC, we stand by the quality of our services and products. However, all sales are final and we offer exchanges only under the conditions outlined below.

1. No Cash or Credit Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Project cancellation
Scheduling delays

Once a service is initiated or a product is purchased, it is considered non-refundable.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be granted only under the following conditions:

The service deliverable was not completed as specified in a written agreement or scope of work

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or service completion
Proof of purchase must be provided
Any items returned for exchange must be unused and in original condition (if applicable)

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items or services are not eligible for exchange:

Custom design work once approved and initiated
Digital files, drawings, or deliverables already delivered electronically
Materials that have been altered or installed
Services rendered in full

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange is approved:

We will provide a replacement product or correct the issue at no additional cost, if due to an error on our part
For services, we may offer a revision or substitute deliverable, as mutually agreed upon
